Are you getting health exams on a regular basis?

Two thirds of Japanese people die from lifestyle related diseases(cancer, diabetes, stroke,
heart disease, hyperlipidaemia, high blood pressure, obesity, etc).
The causes of these disease are more attributed to diet, lack of exercise, smoking, alcohol use,
and other unhealthy lifestyle habits than they are attributed to aging,

These are lifestyle diseases that progress often without obvious symptoms.
By getting regular health exams, you can learn about changes
to your body of which you may not have been aware.
Regular health exams can help with early detection of
diseases and help you maintain your health
by allowing you to know what lifestyle factors you
need to be cautious about.
We recommend that you get one regular health exam per year.
